Christmas tablescape

Susan @ Between Naps on the Porch is hosting Tablescape Thursday. Be sure to pop over to her beautiful blog and see many creative ideas.

Simple Christmas setting with plaid plates from Target. I added a white salad plate from Jacyln Smith line at K-mart.

A plaid plate with a red charger beneath it.

Red heart coasters that my sweet friend Ceekay found at her grocery store and mailed to me.

The buffet with carolers, Christmas tree and lighted garland on it.

Christmas tree name card holders from Pier One.

Christmas runner from Home Goods.

Staircase with embellished, lighted garland.

Thanks so much for taking time to visit today. I appreciate each one of you.

You are such a perfect decorater.
Magazine quality. I would love to sit at your table.

Hubby and I have been married for 39 years. And we have tons of
Holiday decorations. But I do not
decorate much. Think I will save my
decorations. Have some vintage ones. Will save them for my
grandbabies we have now.

I love the plaid plate in that tablescape. It fit right with the rest of your decorating.

And your garland on the stairs is beautiful, too.

YOur red plaid table is one I'm naturally drawn to. What is it about red plaid. I could just upolster all my furniture in it at Christmas time. I'm glad to see you showed great restraint and just used chargers.
They look fabulous with the white plates.
Such a festive table.

There is something about pillar candles in hurricane shades, and especially in multiples, that just looks so cozy and serene. I really like all the ones you have on your table and the way you've dressed them up!

Oh my gosh how gorgeous is this table. So inviting to set down and enjoy a holiday meal.
You have truly outdone yourself this season once again. Love the plaid plates and the charges.
The carolers are way darling and perfect on the side buffet. I love your tree in the middle. I have one my mother made and it is in our master.
Love those placecard holders too.
Everything is perfect and ready for Christmas. Your displays are wonderful and you are so talented with everything you touch!

Thank you for stopping by.
The glass presents under the tree I made this year. Hobby Lobby has the glass blocks. You paint them with frosted paint. Let dry. Add white lights in the opening they provide with a plug. Leave the connection end out and plug one to another. Add ribbon and bows and that's it. I love them under the tree. You could do any kind of colored lights and ribbon. The blocks even come in red glass too. Easy, quick and make an impact. Hope you try it. The glass was half off a few weeks ago at HL. Michaels or Joannes may have them too.

Have a wonderful day.
Hugs from Texas, Celestina Marie
