Fall Table

I was in the mood to make broccolli soup the other night, as the temperatures took quite a drop!
I got out the pumpkin dishes and large pumpkin cookie jar that I now use as a soup tureen. lol
Oops, just notice one of the light bulbs is out! You didn't notice, did you????

These dishes are from Walmart (Better Homes & Gardens). They are so cute and are dishwasher and micro. safe.

Black chargers, napkins and place mats really accentuate the pumpkin color.

The large pumpkin doubles as a centerpiece!

The pumpkin name card holders are from Pier One.

The salt & pepper shakers are from Steinmart. (Sorry the pic is blurry) The little acorns on the table runner are from Michael's.

I hope your week is off to a great start!  Thanks for stopping by!  Till next time!

I'm joining Marty @A Stroll Thru Life for Tabletop Tuesday & Susan @ Between Naps on the Porch for Tablescape Thursday!

I LOVE (yes, LOVE) the pumpkin dishes - I would buy those tomorrow if I could find them in the store. Of course, Hubbie would be completely aghast at the thought of another set of dishes...ha ha...but those are adorable. And I have such a weakness for cute dishes!!:)

Did you share your yummy soup with anyone - or just you and Hubbie??

Wonderful Fall tablescape. The black chargers set off your pumpkin dinnerware perfectly. Using the cookie jar as a tureen is a genius idea. Thank you for sharing your charming design. Cherry Kay

Oh, I love your tablescape with the pumpkins! You're right. The black just accentuates the harvest colors. So pretty! I also noticed your acorns. I have purchased a few of them this year, but I saw some really large ones at Hancock Fabrics. May have to go get one of those!

Your Fall decorating is gorgeous. I always love your tablescapes and using the cookie jar for a soup tureen is a great idea.
I love your chandy over the table. You have really good taste. LOL
I have the same one over our kitchen island. We just love it and Lar put a dimmer on it and at night the kitchen is so cozy in a low light. Love yours over the table too. They also have a smaller version that might work over our kitchen table if we ever want to add it. So far, I like the one we have. Oh I added some crystals to ours that I found on line from a chandelier shop.

Enjoy your gorgeous Autumn home. Love all your ideas.
