It's quieter since the kids left but we're still clipping at a fast pace.
We had such a good time with the kids and grandkids! We went non-stop getting in all we could in nearly two weeks. The following pic is right before church one Sun.
We miss them already!! The bigger kids enjoying the swing in the backyard on a warm sunny day.

Having fun just being together. They played so well together.

We celebrated three birthdays while they were here from CA. Ivy turned 1 and has just started walking. It's so much fun watching her take those first uncertain steps.

She dug right in, without any coaxing from the crowd.

Emma's turning 10 and loves to read. She loves the American Girl books and DVDS.

She was so excited to get new silver earrings from us. I'm so glad she liked them.

There's one more B-day that was celebrated but we won't say which one. lol

Until next time. Have a happy day!

I hope you had a wonderful birthday Rose! Thanks for your nice comments on the Christmas decorating. It was fun, but I'm glad I got that house behind me!lol...You asked about the garland...I just tied it around the banister with the garland itself. Sometimes it's not long enough to wrap around, but this garland was really thick and had long green things. (whatever they are called lol) Hope this helps! Kristen

Belated birthday wishes to you, Rose. It is easy to see by looking at your pictures that you all had a great visit and special memories were made. I love the picture of Ivy enjoying her cake.

I know you enjoyed those grands and hated to see them go. At least you still have two there with you.

I hope you had a nice birthday! I enjoyed seeing the new pictures and the new blog design.
