Hilton Head Island

It was good to get away for a few days to beautiful Hilton Head Island. The weather was perfect and the ocean and sand are always wonderful to enjoy.

We just enjoyed shopping, eating, walking on the beach and even played minature golf.

I wish I could say hubby thought to do this for me but-- I can not tell a lie. (commuter enhanced)

I think it's cute though. In the past, he has done some amazing romantic things for me.
The birds are always soaring overhead so beware. View from balcony
Another guest's dog playing with the waves.

Water washing over our feet.

Getting a few rays on the balcony A sand castle in the lobby of the Hotel.

This is a court yard, by shops and restaurants, on Sea Pines. The flowers are gorgeous all over the island.

Hubby found an old tree by the docks to sit on and pose for me.

See my new Yacht? I wish I could claim it but no such luck. It's the longest one we have ever seen.I thought the name of it was interesting. It's something we all should strive for in our daily lives.
Thanks for visiting and have a safe & productive week!

thanks for coming by! I have many fond memories of Hilton Head. I went there for many years back in the 80's & 90's, but it's been quite a while now since I've been there. Great place! We now tend to go to the Gulf of Fl. for beach vacations, but there's something really neat about HH Island.
