Let There Be Light

I was looking for light at the end of the tunnel at 8:00 p.m. last night, after working in the yard and flower beds most of the afternoon. I also washed all the outside furniture off, getting it usable. Whewww! What a job.
So I picked an easy show and tell. I thought of all the light I had in my house. Here's just a few. I'd love to see lamps that you might have. I love the finials and lamp shades they have out now.

Have a great weekend! This is 34 yrs. old and came from Germany
Picked this up from Kirkland

I love Stein Mart and I got this there
From Stein Mart, also
Can't really remember where this came from
This I got from Lowe's. They have quite a selection

Another find at Stein Mart

Hi! Thanks for stopping by my blog and for the kind comments! You have a nice whimsical approach to writing and your blog! I really enjoyed it!

Loved your lamps! I LOVE Stein Mart! It is easy to get into trouble there, between their selection of clothes and housewares...oh and the SHOES!!! :) Your clocks were nice too, but what I like most of all was the wallpaper in your powder room! It is amazing!!! I would love to see more of that room!

I'm you neighbor...from southeast NC! :) I hope you don't mind, I'm adding you to my favorite blogs roster, so that I may come back for another visit! Don't work too hard in the yard, next you will be seeing stars! LOL! And have a wonderful weekend! ~Rhonda

I loved Kirkland's but ours closed out. Boo hoo! Of course, I still enjoy Stein Mart! Whoo-hoo! Our taste in lamps is very similar.

My husband is having a terrible time with his allergies this year.

What a wonderful variety of lamps! We got one of our light fixtures from Lowe's, and you're right. They have quite a selection. Would you believe my favorite lamps came from Wal-mart?? They were even on clearance! It was the only time I have ever seen anything like them, too. You have a good suggestion there! Maybe I will do a show and tell on them sometime! They are very pretty.

Your lamps are beautiful and I love how they all blend together even though different. All the dept. stores you mentioned have great lamps and I look at them in the same shops in my town too. I love your style and I bet your yard is all ready for the season and beautiful. I did the same thing last weekend and yes, it is a job!
Have a great weekend.
