Decked Out for Fall

I hadn't shown our front yard since we decorated for the Fall. Thought today was as good a day as any.
Here's a pumpkin on a stick that I painted many years ago. He has this tree of honor every year. lol The front has been decorated since Sept. and I hadn't taken any good pictures til now. The grass is starting to turn a little. Our trees are still green though.
A little metal pumpkin adorns the flower bed.

A basket of pumpkins flowers and a pumpkin swag decorates the front door. I got the pumpkin mat a few years ago.

Hubby just planted a few pansies and took this pic.

A cute little pumpkin bird house is hanging near the front walk.

My Cracker Barrel rocking chair covers. I love the seasonal covers that they sell.

My big metal pumpkins from Kirkland sit on the front porch.

We added a few Fall ornaments to the backyard along the fence. That happy pumpkin makes me smile every morning when I open the kitchen blinds.

The butterflies are all over this bush.

Hubby loves his Fall mums and set two out by his barbecue.

They are so pretty. I'll be sad when the first frost hits them.

Thanks for taking time to visit. I love hearing from each of you!

I hope you're enjoying your Fall!

Hi Rose,
Oh I love your Fall outdoor display. Everything is so inviting. Your pansies look so pretty around the tree with the darling pumpkin you painted. I just planted the rest of my pansies this afternoon. I also adore the yellow Mumms. They are so gorgeous this year and I have them all around.
Oh and the rocker top covers are so cute. Your porch looks like such a perfect place to sit on a cool Fall afternoon. Love your pumpkin swag about the door too.

Thank you for sharing. I am always inspired by your decor inside and out.
Hope you are having a great weekend.
Blessings always.
Hugs, Celestina Marie

Hi Rose! OH, your home is just gorgeous and I love all your Fallness of decoration! Wow, and you have so many cute things! The flowers look so pretty! I want to plant some pansies this year! I always think about it in February.
I'm so glad you liked the party! We may do this again next year.

Your house looks just as pretty and festive on the outside as it does on the inside. With the nice fall weather we are having, it would be a most welcome place to be. Your pansies look so nice. I am planning to get some this week.

I just LOVE the yard! I definitely need to concentrate on my outside more next year...have never really had a yard to really decorate before we moved and - goodness, what a lot of fun I can have. I just love those rocking chair covers...maybe I can find some good deals in the upcoming weeks - to save for next year!

So glad you shared your pictures - love the inspiration. Hope you enjoyed a good weekend and the week ahead is a great one as well.

Rose, your home is so beautiful, and what a fantastic job you both have done in decorating for fall. I really like the idea of the swag over the door, and since we haven't decorated outside yet, I might just have to steal this idea. lol We have been so busy re-doing our porch, and just finished this weekend. Yea!
Hope your week is filled with many blessings.
Hugs,
Sue

Your yard is as decked out as your house - we don't do anything outside. And not too much inside. As it is, the girlies get their hands on everything!

Our mums are doing so great this year - so cheerful.

Have a great week!

Your yard looks wonderful and your decorations are cute! I'm jealous you already planted your pansies...I went to Lowe's the other day and they didn't have any!

Looks really, really pretty! Love the pansies in the front. You should see our front yard! Everything is so overgrown, it looks horrible! I spoke with the landscapers who came in the spring and they'll be here in a week or so to cut everything back. Didn't do any decorating outside this year, except for a few things on my back porch and one mum that sadly has died since we've had quite a few nights that were VERY cold. Love looking at what you did! Enjoy your day!

Rose, Your home and yard look so nice. I like your pumpkin on a stick and his home at the tree base. And your mums look so lush- no wonder the hubs wants them by his grill!
We are still waiting for some of our trees to change color. Many of them have lost their leaves without turning. The grass is still nice and green though. I'm still mowing! LOL
