We've been taking some day trips lately. One was to Boone, NC. While shopping there we saw this cute little tea pot. Hubby knows I do the crossword puzzle in the newspaper everyday and he wanted to buy it for me.

I can sip my tea and do my puzzle in the morning.

This is another set we found in an antique store up there. It sets on a counter in the kitchen. Perfect colors for my house.

We found this "sweet" little honey pot at an estate sale recently. It's glass, made of two pieces and has the honey dipper attached to the lid.

We also found a depression glass swan in an antique shop there. It makes a nice addition to my candlewicking depression glassware.

Thanks for visiting. I enjoy each of your comments.

What a unique piece is that teapot and sort of whimiscal.
You and I share a love of red. I notice your walls, similar to mine. I'm ready to be a guest in that bedroom. I love how you've decorated. Want to come do my house? Since I have recently moved, I'm thinking I have way to many things and need to get rid of some.
Have a great weekend,
Mama Bear

HI there.
I think it might have been the era. I know I remember asking her once "Mom, why don't you start dating?" and she looked at me and said "Why would I want to do that?" LOL
Have a great day! Karen
