Everything A Bloomin'

Hi Everyone,

Just as I returned from CA and AZ and thought I would be home for a while to get Spring projects done, the unexpected happened.

We got a call from my hubby's family in MI and one of his sisters was taken to the hospital. She was having trouble breathing and was admitted. It took a couple of days for the diagnosis of Pulmonary Fibrosis and 5 days later the Lord called her home. We were in shock! WE have been in MI for a little over a week spending precious time with his family and mine.

Life is short and the unexpected happens. We know not the hour or the day that our life may end but I'm thankful that I know the one who holds my future in his hand. God is in control and his grace is sufficient to get us through the trials.

We missed some of the blooming in SC but not all! It's soooooo good to be home! It was cold and rainy in MI for most of time we were there. We even saw snow flurries one morning. (Yuk!) I think we had two sunny days---that's it!

This time of year is beautiful in the Carolina's. We have so many flowering trees and shrubs. This is a tree in our backyard. The color is so vibrant. We have a couple of Autumn Blooming Cherry trees in the backyard, too.

Our tulips and pansies are so colorful in the front yard.

This is a Japanese Tulip tree in our front yard. It's so pretty when it blooms but doesn't last long. It didn't help that we had a storm with hail last week. That knocked a lot of blooms off.

I hope your week will be a happy one.
I have a quick question for any one out there. I don't know why my widgets moved down to the bottom of my page instead of on the side like I've had them forever. Any one know to change them back? Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

So sorry about your sister-in-law!! How awful, but wonderful knowing where she is! Your tulips and trees are beautiful. Really love the colors. Have no clue why your widgets are all the way at the bottom. Have you been to your settings?? Maybe you need to move them back up the left hand side. Hope you can figure it out soon!

Hi Dear Friend, I am so very sorry to hear about your sister in law. I can only imagine the shock it was. Thoughts and prayers for you and your family in Michigan for the courage in the days ahead. We have been called home to Michigan many times for the same unexpected and it is never easy.
I know the weather too well in my home state and I can say, I don't miss it.

Love the pics of your precious grandkids. Your header is so pretty of your home and I am not sure what the sidebar issue and widgets is up too. We have been in San Antonio for 3 days with my hubbies work for a inspirational group of meetings, dinners, dancing, awards and leisure time. It was so nice for the spouses to be included. We are tired, but glad to be back home.

Thank you for stopping by and your kind comments. I am glad you are home now and wish you a Happy Spring. Again my sympathies are with you all.
God Bless,
Hugs, Celestina Marie

Thank the Lord we know He holds the future.
Your trees are lovely! Is that a birdhouse in the first tree?
I still say it is because of the paper you chose. I would try a different 2 column one, save it and give it a minute to register. You also have 2 black lines on each side of your blog...that is because it is the wrong size paper. At least, that is what happened when I tried it on my test blog....hope it works.

I am so very sorry to hear about your sister-in-law. That must have been an awful shock to you and your husband. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time.
The Michigan weather you spoke of is one thing I don't miss about living there.
After a sad week, the beautiful flowers were probably a welcome sight for you to come home to.
I'm not sure what could have caused your widgets to move like that. The only thing I can think of that you might try is going into Page Elements on your dashboard and try dragging them back where they belong. Just a thought.

Wow, that was a shock - so glad you could go and spend time with the family.

Your yard looks so beautiful. We've had such crazy weather, but the flowers are doing well now. The trees are just starting to flower and bud out with soft green leaves. Hope we don't have any more snow!

Your yard is lovely.

Do you know where it says "customize?" I think you can get things fixed, there.
Hoosier hugs to you & hubby,
